My husband bought a used car yesterday and we had a good experience even if it took so so long. We learned that this was Mineby's first experience at this dealership going through the whole process thing and she was wonderful. That girl can carry on a conversation for hours, shared suggestions, and was so excited to learn more. If you go to Bemis and get Mineiby, you'll enjoy the experience. 5 stars for her! 4 for the dealership because of the interest rate with an almost 800 credit score... Like seriously well refinance. Still a good experience and it is a used car. We get that. She was wonderful. Don't lose her! This is a good dealership.

Had a wonderful experience at Bemis today. I purchased a used Toyota Camry. The vehicle so clean, and had new tires and some minimal repairs done by Bemis to ensure quality of vehicle. The staff was wonderful. I worked with Jordan and Kalob Kvapil as well as Solomon the financial person. Each was very personable, helpful and just very kind helping me during my purchase. I would very definitely return if my family needs another vehicle. Thank you.

I had such a great experience working with Kalob at Toyota! From the very beginning, he was welcoming, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed and really made sure I understood every step of the process. What I appreciated most was that he wasn’t pushy at all—he genuinely cared about finding the right fit for me. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, professional, and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable, I highly recommend asking for Kalob. He truly made what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable one!

I've been going to Brian Bemis Toyota since they took over from Joyce decades ago, and am highly satisfied both their sales staff (who sold us our Toyotas) and service technicians. They have been consistently highly user-friendly, explain things, extremely competent, and communicate thoroughly with giving information. The coffee and popcorn while waiting are a plus. And, they've never tried to over-sell and sales staff don't pressure for sales. A special shout-out goes to their sales staff who I consulted yesterday, so THANKS Juan and Paola L. I indicated to them that I didn't intend to buy a car, but needed information on whether my next car should be bought or leased so I can plan how to make a "life transition" in a year or two. Both took considerable time in mapping out needs/options and such, brought a car up to look at for possible style I'd need, and helped me make the transition. They provided the info I needed to make my decision, were gracious and understanding, and were simply A++ in helpfulness. This is why I continue to consider BB Toyota a gem in our community---it's more than a place that sells cars; it's a fantastic resource for other issues as well. Jim Thomas / DeKalb IL
