I drove in without an appointment due to a notice popping up on my dashboard a half hour before closing the evening before 4th of July. My car was looked at immediately. The problem was located and it was determined that I was able to drive my car over the weekend. I returned for an early Monday appointment and the issue was dealt with. The staff at Brian Bemis Toyota in DeKalb have been consistently great to deal with.

Leasing a car is a cumbersome process, but the team here worked hard to make it as easy as possible for me. I worked with Nick, Juan, Sean, and Britton, and each answered lots of questions for me. I really appreciated Sean for helping to move stuff forward, and Britton's enthusiasm and knowledge was the main reason I was comfortable with such a large purchase. If I owned a business, I would try to poach Britton!

I received a recall notice in the mail. I called and scheduled the service with ease. When it was finished, Shawn (Sean, Shaun?) called to let me know it was completed. Unfortunately, my husband was at work and I was homebound with our 2 boys. He graciously offered to have it dropped off at our house since it was local. Great service all around!

I highly recommend Toyota of DeKalb!! Every person we had contact with was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We had a wonderful experience with Kyle in purchasing our 4Runner last week. He answered all of our questions and encouraged us as we waited for our vehicle to arrive. Jordan was extremely helpful throughout the process as well and walked us through so many features, making sure we were all set up before we drove out of the lot. Solomon was straightforward and fair as we finalized our financing. They all made what can be a stressful experience much more pleasant! I returned yesterday to have a protective coating applied and had my first experience with the service department. Shawn was so kind and helpful. He explained the work that was being done, kept me updated throughout my time there, and explained what to do if I have any issues. There are at least 5 other Toyota dealers that are nearer to our home, but based on my experience over the last week, it is well worth the drive. The team here seems to truly enjoy what they do and it shows! I think it may have a lot to do with their owner, who I was fortunate enough to meet and chat with during my wait. She gave me recommendations on good seat covers to use for my dog in the 4Runner. 🙂She was also busy on the floor helping out wherever needed. Thank you for a great all-around experience!
